Current and upcoming grant opportunities
The Real Estate Foundation of BC’s General Grants support projects that advance sustainability, equity, and social justice in relation to land use and real estate practices in BC. The deadline is January 28, 2025.00
Community Salmon Program – Pacific Salmon Foundation funds volunteer and community–driven organizations that undertake salmon conservation and restoration projects. The deadline is February 28, 2025.
BC Hydro’s Community Grants support non-profit organizations and registered charities in B.C. Two grant types are available: Grassroots Grants (up to $2,000) for local programs and Broad Impact Grants (up to $10,000) for multi-community initiatives. Focus areas include STEM education, safety, and sustainability. Applications open March 1–April 30, 2025.
Canadian National Railway Company (CN) supports not-for-profit organizations through donations and sponsorships aligned with its pillars: People, Safety, and Environment. Donations are awarded in two annual cycles, with application periods in January–March and July–September. Sponsorships can be requested January–November, with a 6–8 week response time. Applications focus on impactful community initiatives.
