Family Watershed Day aims to inform and educate residents of the Comox Valley about the importance of healthy streams and forests to provide healthy habitats for aquatic and other life in the watersheds of our community. This is the 3rd event of this nature which started in 2022 and has grown in popularity since then.
This year, 8 partners of the Comox Valley Conservation Partnership, all ecological minded societies will set-up a canopy tent featuring special topics and we will provide tips about what one can do to help preserve and restore healthy ecosystems.
A special "Kid's Zone" will attract younger generations .
